I know there are so many questions that couples have about organising a wedding and about my venue styling and hire services, so I hope I can answer a few of them below…

The minimum order value for items to be delivered and collected from your venue is £150.  This excludes the delivery charge.

If you prefer to collect items from my showroom and return them after your wedding or event, the minimum order value is £100.

The delivery charge is 45p per mile for each return journey from my showroom.  The final figure is rounded down.

If you book my Venue Styling package, delivery and collection within Cumbria is free.

The Booking Deposit is £100 and this, along with the signed Contract, reserves the date, either for items for hire or for venue styling.  The Booking Deposit also acts as a Security Deposit and is refunded, by bank transfer, once everything has been checked back in.

The Security Deposit is there to cover any damage or loss to the items you have hired or are provided as part of a venue styling package.  Items are deducted at a rate of five times the hire value and full details are in the Terms and Conditions.  You will be informed of any deductions that are to take place before the deduction is made.  The balance due to you will be refunded by bank transfer.

If the amount of damage or loss is higher than £100, then an Invoice will be sent to recover the remainder.

All my items have been lovingly sourced from car boot sales, local auctions, charity shops, antique and vintage shops and fairs as well as online.  I am a hoarder!
